How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Are P. Louise products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others.
Can I track my parcel once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
